Danish: The Danish Maritime Authority Sfartsstyrelsen) is the Danish government agency in charge of managing and regulating Danish maritime affairs. The Ministry of Industry, Business, and Financial Affairs houses the Danish Maritime Authority (DMA), which is also known as The Agency is made up of the central authority and eight vision offices, including the Nuuk office and the Fan Center for Maritime Health. Korsr is where its headquarters are.
The Danish Maritime Authority is in charge of ship registration, maritime and business policy for the shipping industry on a national and international scale, education of seafarers, safety on board, and sailing safety in Danish and Greenlandic waters.
