The national airline of Namibia was Air Namibia (Pty) Limited, which operated under the name Air Namibia and had its headquarters in Windhoek, the nation's capital. It had a hub at the smaller Windhoek Eros Airport and a scheduled hub at the larger Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport for international and domestic passenger and cargo services. The Namibian government was the sole owner of the airline as of December 2013. Both the African Airlines Association and the International Air Transport Association had Air Namibia as members.
