International Courier & Cargo Service For Zambia

The Republic of Zambia's flag carrier is Zambia Airways. The airline has its headquarters in Lusaka, Zambia, and Kenneth Kaunda International Airport serves as its hub.

The airline was established in April 1964, but due to political issues, it was forced to close its doors in December 1994. On December 1, 2021, Ethiopian Airlines and the Zambian Industrial Development Corporation helped it reopen. Ethiopian Airlines owns 45% of the newly relaunched Zambia Airways, while the government owns 55%. In its 15-year Vision 2025 plan, Ethiopian intends to become Africa's leading aviation group by establishing hubs throughout the continent.

From December 1, the brand-new airline will begin operating flights from Lusaka to Ndola and Livingstone, with plans to eventually expand to Mfuwe, Solwezi, Harare, and Johannesburg. By 2027, the airline intends to operate six aircraft, four Dash 8-400s and two B737-800s, and transport more than 700,000 passengers.
